Trackers - Google Tag Manager

Add your Google Tag Manager into teh Trackers section. 

Click 'Add Tracker' and in the modal replace the question marks in the supplied string - {"accountId":"???"} - with your GTM number (e.g. GTM-ABCDEFG)

Your GTM ID and associated code will then be added to all pages.
